Dialog Semiconductor to Supply Power Management Chips to Apple through 2020
Last year, multiple reports claimed Apple was designing its own power management chips for use in 2018 iPhones. However, Dialog Semiconductor's CEO, which has been supplying Apple with power management chips over the years, has confirmed to a German newspaper that Apple will continue to rely on its power management chips for "a significant proportion of its devices" until at least 2019 and 2020.
