Honolulu Passes Landmark Law Banning Pedestrians from Looking at Their Phone While Crossing a Street

There have been innumerable mobile related deaths over the past few years. While selfie related deaths are currently at a rise, texting and driving or "distracted walking" has also resulted in plenty of unfortunate deaths.
