Apple's Lock screen on iOS is the first thing a user interacts with then they turn on their device. The screen is useful as it secures the device from prying eyes and, but it is limited in function, allowing you to only perform a few functions such as unlocking the device, controlling music playback, interacting with notifications or accessing the camera.
