Having used a bunch of Android devices for the past few years, I've enjoyed a bunch of features on Google's platform, that I'm glad to see on iOS 8 — most notably third-party keyboard support. This opens up new input methods, personalized dictionaries, multi-language support, customization options and more for users to play with, and there are already a bunch of keyboards available in the App Store to try out.
