Samsung’s expert says the company only owes Apple $40 million in royalties, not $2.2 billion

According to Judith Chevalier, who is a professor of economics and finance at the Yale University School of Management, Samsung only owes Apple close to $38.4 million in royalty for infringement of iPhone and iOS related patents.
