iOS 7 release may be delayed due to design overhaul

It has been widely speculated that iOS 7 will feature a flatter design. The overhaul is being led by Jony Ive, Apple's SVP of Industrial Design, who also provides leadership and direction for Human Interface software teams across the company after Scott Forstall's departure.
