Apple to release iOS 7 beta 4 today, two more betas to follow, release GM in September [Updated]

BGR reports that Apple will be seeding the fourth beta version of iOS 7 on July 8th. Apple had seeded the first beta version of iOS 7 to developers immediately after the WWDC 2013 Keynote on June 10.
